Tonight I am sitting here realizing how blessed we are. I just finished writing to another mother I met on facebook and helping her through some trials her family is having. Her little girl had a New Years miracle. She received a new liver. Unfortunately, this little girl is not accepting her new gift and her body is fighting it. I am hoping that anyone that reads this post prays for little Emilee. Chase has been staying healthy over the winter months and I thank God for this and pray it continues. I have been pretty scared to take him in public as much with everything going on - but thankfully he was able to not contract any viruses so far. I want to go wake my kiddos up right now and just hug them. I pray that Emilee's family keeps strong and Emilee's little body accepts her new liver as it's her own. I have not been faithful to writing as much on parentshack - that much needs to change.
