How does the free web site work? (top)
Sign up for a free 30-day web site and you will be able to create a family web site or online birth announcement. You will have access to all the features of a real starter site, so you can take our service for a true test drive. If you like what you see, sign up for a site either at the end of the 30 days or earlier if you want. If at the end of 30 days you feel you need more time to decide if you want to continue using our service, drop us a line and we'll help you out.
Do you display advertising on my website? (top)
We are able to offer free websites by placing small, targeted advertisments on our pages. If you would like to remove these advertisements, you can upgrade to one of our affordable hosting packages, which are 100% advertising-free.
Do I need to provide a credit card? (top)
No, we do not require a credit card when you sign up for a free trial web site. We will only need credit card information when you decide to convert your free site into a paying site.
How does billing work? (top)
If you decide to become a member after your free trial, your account will be charged upon signup for the the yearly amount. Any applicable setup fees will be charged at that time as well. Your account will be automatically billed upon annual renewals.

Can I pay by means other than a credit card? (top)
No. At this time, other methods of payment are not accepted.
Is my credit card and personal information secure? (top)

What happens if I reach my storage limit? (top)
If you reach your storage limit, you can either delete photos from your site, optimize your larger photos to make them smaller (and take less storage space) or upgrade your account to one of our larger packages.
Can I upgrade? (top)
Yes, you can upgrade your account at any time by clicking the "Get a bigger site" link at the top of your "My Home Page" page. We will simply bill you the difference between your current billing rate and the rate for the upgraded program.
Can I cancel? (top)
Our cancellation policy is as simple as our service. If, within the first 30 days of subscribing, you would like to to cancel simply notify us via e-mail and we will refund the pro-rated remaining amount of your subscription.
