GUESTBOOK What is a guestbook? (top) With a guestbook, you can let your site visitors leave a public or private message for you. Messages can be left with any photo on your site. How do I hide/unhide the guestbook feature? (top) The guestbook is automatically set to appear on your site. If you do not want to have a guestbook, you can hide it. To do so, click on the Guestbook tab. Set Guestbook status to "Hidden from visitors" and click on the Update button. To unhide the feature, set the status to "Visible to visitors" See screen shot: Guestbook - #1 How do I know when someone has left a guestbook message? (top) You will be automatically be notified via e-mail when a person has left a guestbook message. Can another person be notified when a message has been left? (top) Yes. Just click on "My Account" and add a second e-mail address. The notification will then be sent to both e-mail addresses. How can I view my guestbook messages? (top) The easiest way is to click on the Guestbook tab. There, you will see all the messages that have been left for you. How can I see the photo for which the message was left? (top) Just click on the photo name. You will then be taken to the Photo Settings page for that photo. See screen shot: Guestbook - #4 Can I edit a guestbook message? (top) Yes. To do so, click on the Guestbook tab and click on the edit icon for the message you want to update. Make the changes you want and then click on the Save button.
