What is an automated
contact list? (top)
The automated contact list is the easiest way to keep your friends and family
up to date about your web site. Every person you add to the list can set
how frequently they want to be notified when new photos have been added
to your site. Now, you no longer need to remember to send emails to friends
and family to visit your site.
What is a manual contact list?

A manual contact is one that does not receive automatic notifications
when new photos have been added to your site. Any message that gets sent
to this person will include a link to your site with the visitor password,
if necessary. You can switch a contact between manual and automatic notification
by clicking on the Set Type link.

What is a pending contact list?

Visitors to your site who want to be automatically notified when your
site has been updated can request to be added to your automatic contact
list. You simply need to click on the Approve or Deny link next to the
person's name. If the person is approved, they will be moved to your automatic
contact list.

How do I add a person to my contact list?

To add a person to your contact list, click on the Friends & Family
tab. Complete the information in the Create a New Contact box and click
on the Add Contact button.

How do I send a link to my website?

To send a link to your website, click on the Friends & Family tab.
Scroll down and complete the information in the Send a Website Link box.
You can send a link to your home page or to a specific photo. If your
site is password-protected, the email will automatically include information
about the visitor password needed to visit the site.

How do I update a contact's profile?

To change the information for a contact, click on the contact name. Remember
to click the Save button to save changes.

How do I delete a contact from my list?
(top)
To delete a contact from your list, click on the delete icon for that
contact.
How do I send a personal note
to one person with a link to my site?
(top)
If you want to invite a contact to visit your site, just click on the
email address for that person. A customizable message will appear that
includes your web site address and visitor password, if applicable.

How do I send a message to a group of people?
(top)
Click on the Send a Group Message link located under the Friends &
Family tab. Then write the note you want to send and check off the names
of the people to whom you want to send the message. Also, choose which
photo link you would like to include in the e-mail.
