How do I access my account information?  (top)
Update your profile, password or billing information in this area. To access it, click on the My Account link at the top of any page.

How do I change my contact information?
 (top)
You can update your profile information at anytime. Just click on the My Account link located at the top of the page.

How do I change my user password?  (top)
You can update your user login password at anytime. Just click on the My Account link located at the top of the page and then click on the Edit Password link on the left. If you want to update your site password, click on the My Home Page tab.

How does billing work?  (top)
Monthly billers: your account will be charged upon signup for a pro-rated monthly fee based on the number of days remaining in the month. Any applicable setup fees will be charged at that time as well. Your account will then automatically be billed on the first of the month thereafter.

Yearly billers: your account will be charged upon signup for the the yearly amount. Any applicable setup fees will be charged at that time as well. Your account will be automatically billed upon renewal.

What credit cards do you accept?  (top)
We accept MasterCard and Visa

Can I pay by means other than a credit card?  (top)
No. At this time, other methods of payment are not accepted.

Is my credit card and personal information secure?  (top)
Yes. We encrypt your credit card data before storing it in our database and never share your personal information. See our privacy policy for more information.

Do you provide gift subscriptions?  (top)
Yes, we do. For more information, contact us by clicking here.

What happens if I reach my storage limit?  (top)
If you reach your storage limit, you can either delete photos from your site or upgrade your account.

Can I change from monthly billing to yearly?  (top)
Yes, it is always possible to change the billing frequency of your account. Just let us know and we will then bill you for a full year at the beginning of the month following your request.

Can I upgrade my account?  (top)
Yes, you can upgrade your account at any time. We will simply bill you the difference between your current billing rate and the rate for the upgraded program.

Can I cancel?  (top)
Our cancellation policy is as simple as our service. Tell us you want to cancel by completing the contact us form. We will then stop billing monthly billers immediately. For yearly billers, we refund the remaining amount of months left in your subscription. Refunds for partial months are not provided for monthly or yearly billers.
